Ingredients:
Chillies, spices, onion, garlic, lemongrass, vegetable oil, sugar and salt. Contains permitted preservatives (E211).
Keep in cool dry place away from sun light.
Serves 4-6
Instructions:
Prepare 1kg fish or seafood, slice 1 tomato and 1 onion, tamarind juice or coconut milk 120ml and water 300ml or less depending on thickness of curry.
Heat up one packet of curry paste in wok at low heat. Stir for one minute.
Add water and bring to boil. Add fish or seafood.
When curry is about to cook, pour in some tamarind juice or coconut milk. Serve hot.
