Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
Chillies, spices, onion, garlic, curry leaves, vegetable oil, sugar and salt. 
Contains permitted preservatives (E211)

Prepare:
1kg of fish/ seafood
slice one tomato, one green chili and one onion
120ml tamarind juice or coconut milk
300ml water

Instructions:
Heat up curry paste on low heat. Add tomato, chili and onion. Sautee for one minute.
Pour in water, bring to boil. Add fish/seafood.
When ingredients are almost cooked, add in tamarind juice/coconut milk.
Serve hot.
