Ingredients:
Palm oil, coriander seed, fennel seed, cumin, cinnamon, star anise, clove, cardamom, nutmeg, white pepper, onion, ginger, tomato puree, ghee, cashew, raisin, salt, sugar and permitted flavouring.

Cooking suggestion:
Prepare 1 packet of meat beriani paste, 2kg of chicken cut into bite size and fried, 1 liter of water, 100g of cooking oil, 1 carrot and 2 tomatoes cut into pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add fried chicken, carrot, water and meat beriani paste. Cook for 30 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until gravy is thicken. If using beef or mutton, boil the meat until tender before cooking. Serve with ghee rice or white rice.
