Adami Rempah Sup Soup Spices

Ingredients:
Coriander seeds, fennel, cumin, turmeric, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, clove, cardamom, white pepper, aromatic ginger, salt and permitted flavouring MSG.

Prepare:
1 packet Adami Soup Spices
2 liters water
1 chicken or 2kg chicken cut into smaller pieces
Fried onion, celery and spring onion
salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Boil 2 liters of water and add 2kg chopped chicken pieces along with 100g Adami Soup Spice powder. Stir well.

2. When meat is cooked, add fried onion, celery, spring onion and salt to taste before serving.
