Agar-agar Powder Happy Grass

Vegetarian product
Directions:

1. ​Pour one packet of agar-agar powder and 250g sugar to 1250ml water and mix well.

2. Bring the mixture to boil under strong flame. After boiling, switch to small flame.

3. Continue to boil and stir for another 5 minutes. Add flavour and colouring according to preference. Pour into tray or mould to cool. For firmer texture, reduce the amount of water.

4. For better taste, you may replace the 1250ml water with 750ml water and 500ml coconut milk or evaporated milk.
