Ingredients:
Soy bean extract, caramel, sugar, salt, approved preservatives and additives.
Can be used in Char Koay Teow, Fried Rice, Fried Bihun and other frying dishes.
Instructions:
1. Heat up wok. Add one tbsp of cooking oil, fry shrimps until half cooked.
2. Add 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of chili paste, beansprouts and chives.
3. Add in one portion of koay teow or noodles and stir fry until noodles are a little soft.
4. Finally, add in 1 egg, 1 tbsp of CKT soy sauce and 4 tbsp of water. Stir fry until sauce is mixed evenly before serving.
Change the ratio if cooking more than one portion at a time.
