Ingredients:
Sugar, Carrageenan, corn starch
Pour grass jelly powder into a bowl. Mix 250ml of water to the powder to for paste.
Boil 750ml water in a pot. Reduce flame, add grass jelly paste and mix until smooth texture is obtained. Stir continuously to prevent jelly from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Turn off flame and pour jelly into moulds or containers. Let it set in the fridge.
Serve with clear syrup, gula melaka syrup, honey, canned fruits, red bean or soya milk.
