Ingredients:
Sugar, non-diary creamer (glucose syrup, emulsifier 471), Stabilisers (340, 452), colour 150A, Food conditioner 551, Coconut oil, Fructose, Carrageenan, Mango Flavouring, Citric Acid, Permitted Food Colouring (Tartrazine E102, Sunset Yellow E110).
Method:
Boil 1500 ml water.
Turn off flame. Pour mango pudding powder and 5 tsp sugar. Stir for 2 minutes.
Add citric acid and mix well. Pour into moulds. Leave to set in refrigerator.
