INGREDIENTS:
Asam Chilli, Garlic, Onion, Tamarind Paste, Sugar, Salt, MSG (E621), Perservative (E211) and Vegetable Oil.
PREPARATION:
800gm fish or seafood, 800ml water.
COOKING METHOD:
Stir-fry 800gm of fish or seafood together with 101 Asam Style Fish Paste for a few minutes. Add in 800ml of water,
continue to cook until boiling Serve hot.
