Ingredients:
Cooking oil, anchovies, turmeric powder, sugar, shallot, acidity regulator E325, salt, chicken stock powder, dried shrimps, flavour enhancer E621, garlic and preservative E211.
Prepare:
400ml thick coconut milk
1000ml water
Cabbage, dried beancurd, carrot, suhoon (mungbean thread noodle). tempe, long beans, jicama according to preference.
Instruction:
1. Warm up pan to fry beancurd and tempe with oil. Set aside.
2. In a new pot, cook water, coconut milk and lontong paste until boiling. Add all other ingredients. Serve hot with nasi impit/ Lontong rice and sambal.
