INGREDIENTS:
Angelica Sinensis, Ligusticum Wallichii, Cinnamon, Anise, Citri Exocarpium and Selected Tea Leaves.
 
PREPARATION:
1. 10 ~ 15 eggs.
2. 5 tablespoons light soy sauce.
3. 1 tablespoons dark soy sauce.
 
COOKING METHOD:
1. Add in water and eggs into a pot. Boil eggs. When boiled, take them out and lightly hit the eggshells to get even cracks.
2. Put the eggs back into boiling water and add Masfood Spices For Cooking Tea Egg, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce into the pot.
3. Using low heat, simmer 3 hours or more, it is ready to be served. (Pls ensure that water covers eggs during cooking.)
*The tea egg soup is not recommended for drinking because it is bitter in taste after simmering.
