INGREDIENTS:
Lemongrass, chili, spice, ginger, sugar, galangal, salt, palm oil, MSG and benzoic acid.
 
PREPARATION:
500g vegetables and potatoes
400ml water
200g concentrated coconut milk
one packet MasFood Vegetarian Curry paste

 
COOKING METHOD:
Mix curry paste with vegetable and potatoes in a pot. Cook until aromatic and fragrant. Add in some water and cook until the gravy boils. Add coconut milk. Simmer over low heat or until potatoes are tender. It takes roughly 20 minutes.
