Add 900ml (4.5 cups) of water to one packet of Mee Rebus paste. Boil for 25 minutes.
Use another pot of boiling water to soak egg noodles and beansprouts for 3 minutes.
Drain noodles and beansprouts. Serve with Mee Rebus gravy. Garnish with fried shallots/onions, shredded spring onions, fried beancurds, hard boiled eggs, sliced fresh chilies and lime.
Ingredients:
Palm oil, brown sugar, dried prawns, spices, chillies, white pepper, onions, starch, salt and flavours.
No preservatives and colouring.
