Easy recipe for coconut rice using rice cooker.
400g rice, 400ml thick coconut milk and 400ml water (reduce water if using steamer or pressure cooker), 2 tsp of pale pandan powder made into paste using hot water, one tsp of bubur lambuk spice (or your own spice mix) and salt to taste (serves 6). Double everything to serve 12.

Dried chili, palm oil, garlic, onion, shallot, dried shrimps, anchovies, MSG, sugar, salt, sodium lactate, sodium erythorbate and grapefruit seed extract.

​Sauté 2 large sliced onions. Add a bottle of nasi lemak sambal. Add 100ml water and gula melaka or brown sugar according to preference. Serve with coconut rice.

No need to wash bilis. Deep fry in hot oil for 15 seconds. Drain and serve.​
