Premium Reduced Sugar Gula Melaka Dodol

Dodol from Penang, Malaysia. Made the traditional way. Stirred 12 hours on slow fire. Muslim products awaiting Halal certification from JAKIM.
Reduced sugar and no artificial coloring or flavour.

Ingredients: 
Coconut milk, glutinous rice flour, plain flour, coconut sugar, cane sugar, 0.04% potassium sorbate and amylase enzyme.

Cut dodol into cubes. Lay out on plate for microwave. Keep balance in Ziploc bag. Dodol (coconut oil) has harden during freight due to cold storage condition.
Microwave for 10 seconds. Let cool 2 minutes before consuming. Eat plain or with shredded coconut. Can also be deep-fried wrapped in filo pastry skin or yam/sweet potato dough.
