Ingredients:
Modified starch, E1401, E415, non-diary creamer and sugar

Direction:

  1. Prepare 390g of boiling hot water (95 to 100 degree Celsius).

  2. Dissolve 28g of shortening into boiling water.

  3. Add boiling water to one packet (500g) of snowskin premix. Mix with spatula and knead to form smooth dough.

  4. Wrap the dough in clingwrap. Keep chilled for 1 hour.

  5. Weigh dough and wrap fillings. After shaping using mould, keep chilled in storage container.
