Soak in cooking oil for 24 hours, rinse with water and air dry before use.
All wooden moulds sold by Niclaw Gourmet are hand-carved, hence the uneven surface and some imperfections on patterns. They will not be visible after coating with dry-fried glutinous rice flour (to prevent dough from sticking). Patterns will appear clear and smooth on dough for snowskin and dough after baking.
Large pattern - diameter 7.7cm, D4cm (50g skin, 130g filling including yolk)
Small pattern - L4cm, W4cm, D3cm (20g skin, 30g filling)
Mould - L32cm, W9.5cm, D4.5cm
