Ingredients:
Non-diary creamer [glucose syrup, emulsifier (471), stabilizers (340, 452), colour (150A), Food conditioner (551), Coconut oil], sugar, carrageenan, soya flavour.
Manufactured in a facility that may process products containing milk, maize, wheat, soya and nuts.
Preparation method:
Boil 1000ml of water with 50g of sugar in a pot. Upon boiling, remove pot from stove. Pour one sachet of soya bean curd powder and stir until dissolved.
Cover the pot to let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes. Open lid to remove excess bubbles with a spoon. Pour into container and let the mixture cool before refrigerating for a few hours. Serve hot or cold, gula melaka syrup optional.
Alternatively, boil water with a knot of pandan leaf or one teaspoon of pure pale pandan extract powder for extra fragrance.
