Big Pattern is square for 185g mooncake, Small pattern is round for 50g mooncake.

Soak in cooking oil for 24 hours, rinse with water and air dry before use.
All wooden moulds sold by Niclaw Gourmet are hand-carved, hence the uneven surface and some imperfections on patterns. They will not be visible after coating with dry-fried glutinous rice flour (to prevent dough from sticking). Patterns will appear clear and smooth on dough for snowskin and dough after baking.
Large pattern - L7cm, W7cm, D4cm (55g skin, 130g filling including yolk)
Small pattern - diameter 4.7cm, D3cm (20g skin, 30g filling)
Mould - L32cm, W9cm, D5cm
