Mould for making kuih bangkit/ tapioca cookies/ sago cookies.
Also used for making putu kacang / mung bean flour cookies.
Soak in cooking oil for 24 hours, rinse with water and air dry before use.
All wooden moulds sold by Niclaw Gourmet are hand-carved, hence the uneven surface and some imperfections on patterns. They will not be visible after coating with dry-fried glutinous rice flour (to prevent dough from sticking). Patterns will appear clear and smooth on dough for snowskin and dough after baking.
